Amos is the leader, the visionary and the creator of the unique programs offered at AVITAN Business Resources. He started his own contractor business when he was in his 20s with a box of tools and a station wagon. He quickly learned that to succeed, he’d better learn business. He did, and within years his company grew to 120 employees with annual sales in the millions. He remained in the construction industry for 32 years.

He now directs his energies to helping other contractors through his unique training programs. With his hard-hitting, hands on training style he has helped many trades companies become more profitable, efficient and organized.

Amos is the author of several books for contractors.

Bob Trenchard

Bob is a seasoned financial manager and management consultant with expertise in training, manufacturing, distribution, and auditing and project management. His broad business background in large, medium and small corporations gives him flexibility to meet clients’ needs. The quality of his knowledge and professionalism is highly valued and appreciated.

In consultation with WCB, Bob has developed safety training programs and injury prevention initiatives for the industry using on site training as well as CBT (computer based training) designed specifically for construction workers.

Harry Derbitsky

Harry has years of experience in training financial and accounting programs to various industries. Harry's strength is his ability to explain complicated financial procedures so that they're easy to understand. Always accessible, always ready to listen, Harry has shown a knack for making what seemed impossible to our clients suddenly seem attainable.
